HOW TO FEEL MISERABLE AS AN ARTIST
- Constantly compare yourself to other artists.
- Talk to your family about what you do and expect them to cheer you on.
- Base the success of your entire career on one project.
- Stick with what you know.
- Undervalue your expertise
- Let money dictate what you do.
- Bow to Societal Pressures.
- Only do work that your family would love.
- Do whatever the client/customer/gallery owner/patron/investor asks.
- Set unachievable/overwhelming goals. To be accomplished by tomorrow.

Wow lady! How on earth did you do this?? Is it acrylic? colored pencils? You got a beautiful light on them, full of color. Nice work. The text is good, but maybe if it were a little more delicate? It seems a little too strong to go with the fans.
Great job, really beautiful!
Hey Heather! That's a beautiful piece of art & congratulations on having it chosen for a brochure! I remember you telling us about it but I don't think I ever saw it...Hope all is well!
