HOW TO FEEL MISERABLE AS AN ARTIST
- Constantly compare yourself to other artists.
- Talk to your family about what you do and expect them to cheer you on.
- Base the success of your entire career on one project.
- Stick with what you know.
- Undervalue your expertise
- Let money dictate what you do.
- Bow to Societal Pressures.
- Only do work that your family would love.
- Do whatever the client/customer/gallery owner/patron/investor asks.
- Set unachievable/overwhelming goals. To be accomplished by tomorrow.

Kim, when I opened this up at the big size I just repeated "Cool" out loud to my computer about 4 times. Cause it's cool. I love the textures and colors. My one comment would be to drop back the face in value, leave the linework there, but maybe just do a dark wash over the figure? What do you all think?
fun. i like where this is going. i was trying something like that recently and it was a huge bust. now i have a reason to go at it again.
