HOW TO FEEL MISERABLE AS AN ARTIST
- Constantly compare yourself to other artists.
- Talk to your family about what you do and expect them to cheer you on.
- Base the success of your entire career on one project.
- Stick with what you know.
- Undervalue your expertise
- Let money dictate what you do.
- Bow to Societal Pressures.
- Only do work that your family would love.
- Do whatever the client/customer/gallery owner/patron/investor asks.
- Set unachievable/overwhelming goals. To be accomplished by tomorrow.

Great figures, as usual your drawings are stellar. I miss figure drawing too - I'm taking a class at a community college next semester. I'm looking forward to it. How's NYC treating you? Some of us might be up there in February....
Thanks for the comments guys... If any of you are in new york, give me a ring... new york is great, tons of inspiration everywhere in the city... i may be in LA within a month so I'll drop u line if I make it there.. Happy turkey or tofurkey or turducken or whatever everyone is eating these days...
