Try to do the Illustration Academy assignments, or at least the idea-making and thumbnail part of it. Experiment, try something new, push yourself. Also use this time to catch up on old projects if you want!

Wow Heather! These look so great! I especially like the bottom one (Sammy Davis Jr??). You've caught a great facial expression. That's the hardest part. Your colors are awesome too, you kept both faces full of color. Great job lady!
Very nice heather, I like how abe's head breaks the picture plane... it reiterates how ginormous this man was, and the vertical picture frame helps too... great stuff... keep em comin...
Heather, these portraits are badass!! The colors are great and the likenesses are right on. i'm glad you are getting so much good work accomplished. Looks like they are keeping you busy!
